Interlude

Hello there, I decided to do a lil something so here it is nun much to say but ENJOY & COMMENT!!!!





Candi was laying in bed as Rex walked in and just stared at her "Rex what the hell u looking at?" he just laughed her off and got in the bed with her. "How was your day my beautiful lady?" Rex asked as he laid a kiss on her forehead. She looked at him debating if she should tell him that she wanted to get Kadence back. She thought they made the right decision by giving him up but know she's having a change of heart. After 4yrs of being a careless adult it was time for her to settle down and she wanted to start by getting her child back. "Babe i've been thinking-" he cut her off "oh lord but what now?" Candi gave him an evil glare. "Rex im not playing right now, can you please be serious!" "Ok im sorry what is it" she sighed not knowing his response "Well, I want to find Kadence" Rex just looked at her and thought


(Candi calls Rex at work)
"Rex I think I should go to the hospital"


"Why Candi are you in pain?"


"Yes plus my water finally broke 2 hours ago"


"2HOURS AGO CANDI ARE YOU SERIOUS? WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME EARLIER?"


"Calm down they said since it's my first time in labor that it will take longer and that I can sit at home until I start feeling the contractions close together."


"Well how close are they now?"


"About 5 to 7 minutes" 


"All right im on my way, be there in a second"


(At the hospital 12 hours into labor) 


"All right Candice im going to need you to push and hold it 10 long seconds" the nurse said


"Ahhhhhhh"


"Push baby, you can do it"


"Give me 3 more good pushes"


"Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh"


"Push a little harder Candice" the nurse said.


"Come on Candi you have to push."


"Rex i cant do it; its to hard and it hurts"


"Your almost there, just do one more strong push and we can have our baby boy."


"AHHHHHHHHHH, OH MY GOSH GET HIM OUT ALREADY!"


"Ok Candice just relax now, the worse is over" her Doctor stated 


"Congratulations your baby boy is out" the Doctor said as she laid the baby on Candice's chest.


"Oh my baby boy, im so glad your out" she said as she kissed his forehead.


"Hey lil man" Rex said with a huge smile on his face.


"Rex could you snap out of it" Candi was starting to get mad, she had been talking to him for a while but was getting no response. "I sorry I zoned out for a second, I just dont know if im ready to be a dad" he looked away from her. He knew he was capable of being a good dad but to be honest he was a little scared. "What do you mean you're not ready to be a dad, your already a dad he's just not with us" "Candi you know what I mean" "well im getting him back, with or without you" she stated as she got up and left the room leaving him to his thoughts.

"Rex do you want to hold him" Candi ask


He took his son into his arms and stared at his every feature trying to figure out who he looks like the most.


"Hey lil man I just want you to know I love you even though you cant understand why we decided to give you up, just know that its for the best right now" he kissed his little hand and forehead.


He stared down at his son not wanting to ever let him go, he couldn't help but to let his tears shed. He didnt want to give up his baby boy but knew they couldn't handle being parents at the moment.


Rex got from the bed to go and find Candi. He made his decision and wanted her to know that he has changed his mind, he want to find HIS son THEIR son.





Well, how did u guys like it?  Bet u didnt think Rex would be the baby daddy, huh? Lol. Did I do a good job? Do u think they will get their son back?
